Curro Create seeks to appoint an Administrator (Curro Create) to commence duties in February 2026.

Key performance areas

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of large national projects, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain and update project databases and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle correspondence and assist with processing payments, expense claims, and travel bookings.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the Curro Create office and projects.

 

Qualifications, experience and skills

  • Grade 12 (required)
  • Qualification in office administration or related field (advantageous)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Experience in a corporate or project-based environment is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Dynamics 365, SmartSheet, or Moodle advantageous
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • SAPS vetting (clear criminal record) required
